RELASE AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT
Here is the disclaimer that is included on the intake form for all Treasured Wellness 365 Consultations. Agreement to this disclaimer is a requirement for scheduling an appointment.
I, for and in consideration of the Treasured Wellness 365 Consultations which are hereby acknowledged, do hereby release and forever discharge Rivkah Isaacs, Treasures of Glory, LLC, her agents, employees, successors, and assigns, and any and all persons, firms or corporations liable or who might be claimed to be liable, whether or not herein named, none of whom admit any liability to the undersigned, but all expressly denying liability, from any and all claims, demands, damages, actions, causes of action or suits of any kind or nature whatsoever, which I now have or may hereafter have, arising out of or in any way relating to any and all injuries and damages of any and every kind, to both person and property, and also any and all injuries and damages that may develop in the future, as a result of or in any way relating to this consultation service.
I furthermore understand and agree to the purpose of this appointment is for muscle testing consultation or prayer consultation purposes only. It is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. I agree to always seek the advice of my physician or other qualified health care provider with any questions I may have regarding a medical condition or treatment, and will never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something I have heard in this appointment.
I furthermore understand and agree that any no-call/no-show will result in the forfeit of all monies paid. In the case of a late cancellation, defined as a cancellation less than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session, I understand that I will only receive a 50% refund minus processing fees of the purchase price. In the event of canceling any appointment, all refunds may be less the amount of processing/transaction fees charged by the credit card processing company.
It is understood that the quantum clearing scans and all consultations are in service to God the Father, God the Son Jesus Christ, and God the Holy Spirt.
It is understood and agreed that this release shall be binding upon me, and my respective heirs, executors, administrators, personal representatives, successors and assigns. This release shall be subject to and governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
I hereby agree to the above legalese, and I understand that by checking the box below, it is the equivalent of a signature and that it is legally binding me to this agreement.
SHAKLEE DISCLAIMER
Rivkah no longer promotes Shaklee as they have recently been promoting people to send in their DNA results from companies like 23 and Me, in order to help identify specific nutrient needs. It isn’t known all that Shaklee is doing exactly with the DNA results. However, it is important to know that DNA information is being used by companies to make patents that are legally binding on DNA and they can then own that DNA. In a court of law, the patent holder has legal rights over the DNA and would win the case over the person to whom the DNA belongs. Not saying that Shaklee will do this, but Shaklee does have quite a few patents pertaining to nutrients. That in and of itself is not really an issue. Keep in mind that Shaklee knows about patents and nutrients. What would they do with patents and your DNA? Even if it’s not the company doing this, this is information that could potentially be hacked from elsewhere, or an employee could access it. Also, knowing a person’s DNA sequence code allows the person to be hacked like a computer. Giving someone your DNA sequence codes is like giving someone the security code to your home or your computer. In addition, gathering DNA is being used for transhumanism. Based on this information, Rivkah no longer promotes Shaklee as it would be a conflict of interest regarding her beliefs and the mission of the Treasured Wellness 365 Consultations.
